  • are there kids out there that can actually rip like this anymore?

  • @klars2000 is thare anyone that actualy skates pools anymore? THEY NEED TO ITS FREAKIN AWSOME!

  • I remember the days of my lord God skate kings. It's killing to see them still ripping it up. Just today I was thinking that I need to hit the ramp and I'm @ 37 now. I know my dad wasn't skating at my age.

  • Excited to see him rip it up at Summer X Games 16! LA here i Come! Heard that is a list of legends skating like Cabellero, Grosso, and Peters!

  • Chris Miller isn't dead hes a long lived legend man.

  • i was told he was dead

  • @MrBloodyGulch: Give me an E-mail pertaining to that source that Chris Miller died and I will believe you. For right now, your comment is absolutely false.

  • Lame

  • Comment removed

  • dude.... he's still alive, bro.

  • @MrBloodyGulch Chris miller is dead? how?

  • does anyone know what park he's skating, looks like a pretty good recreation of the old combi.

  • Mr.Style...

  • what skateboarding is to me is how he rode back in the day. no circus tricks for chris.

  • Man..... like riding a wave. Smooth as a hot knife thru butter. Chris Miller's gnarly!

  • I could do much of that surfing, no hands, but only on very good waves.

  • That's cause surfing was the precurser (i hope I spelled that right) to skateboarding. Without surfing, there would be no skateboarding. :)

  • ActUallY, it was the lack of surfing in SoCal that caused the inventing of skateboarding. Extremely similar these days because the skatepark designs are very well thought out to procure and drive those same "lines". It is very efficient and smooth unlike a lot of new "stunts" you see these days. CM just ripped the equivalent of a ride at Malibu on the swell of the decade. You'd probably not even get a single wave at Malibu cuz it's so crowded on a day like that.

  • Actually, the invention of the skateboard dates back to the 20s' when every downtown had a rollerskating rink. When the depression hit, all the rollerskating rinks closed and kids like our parents(or grandparents) used to tear the boots off, cut the base plates in half, and nail em' to a 2"x4". My dad had a "skateboard" like this before WWII.

  • @lemonite1 thstd s lie sk8 boards were inventid befor that by surfers so they could surf on land

  • lol i ordered one of his old school decks today:)

  • One of the legends! Such a sick skater... Chris has the best indy airs ever, just gnar (too bad he doesn't do one in this clip). Dude's still a monster! Thanks for the clip!

  • Sometimes, when I get sad, I just watch this video. So simple, perfect.

  • im probably the dumbest chris miller

  • wow

  • He's a really great commentator!

  • My all time favourite. Nobody has matched Chris Miller when it comes to style and flow.

  • im the best chris miller ever

  • i have a friend named chris miller

  • His Upland slam was prolly the worst I'd ever seen until Jake Brown X games.....

  • so smooooooooth. so stylish....Chris Miller is one of my alltime favorites skaters...

  • MY name is Chris Miller too!

  • Went to high school with him. Claremont High "wolfpack". Didn't know him, just knew he was there. Ever see his slam at the Upland combi pool during a NSA comp? Vicious! Eric Jewden was another up and coming amateur for G&S. I didn't even know he was still skating. Yeah....I'm old.

  • I grew up skating at Upland, and Chris Miller was the most stylish skater ever. Cool that he won a few contests the last couple of years (look at the footage from the Vans contests).

Eric Jueden was younger, but was learning all the tricks from Miller, Micke Alba, etc. Jueden is a firefighter, last I heard. He probably can still rip.

  • he shoulda been a jak

  • dude that is some fuckin sick shit Period

  • i wish i can see him skate live one day and maybe i can skate with him. i think he is a nice guy :)

  • shit's not deep enough for him...
