ray was a good uncle.. i miss him so much, me and my family mourn his death nearly everyday. he was such a good kind man. and he never let his celeb life over take him. he was always i fmaily man that always cared for his family.
@ILuvGir101 Your uncle was Ray Combs himself? Wow, that is so unreal. As a fan of his, I grew up watching him on the Feud and Family Challenge, and then to hear of his suicidal death in 1996...it was like a stab in the heart, much like it would be to your family as well.
My condolences to you and your family about Ray. He was definitely a great host, but overall a great man. And, thank you for your comment.
@ILuvGir101 He sounded like such a kind soul and a very funny man. I also grew up with your uncle on The Family Feud. I was with my grandmother one day when I was a boy and she told me that he had killed himself. It was a total shock to me. My condolences to you.

A farmer's market could have been a type of market. I'm surprised no one thought of that considering there's one not too far outside of CBS Television City. It's actually a pretty nice place. I walked around that area and the adjacent shopping area The Grove before and after attending a taping of TPIR.
Oh relax! There's times over the years that GSN has associated the Combs' theme with Dawson, its the same song only one has tamborines, the other has syntesized drums, no biggie!

The stage got so crowded, the lady in red (2nd contestant) had a hard time turning around to hug someone else. That's my kind of group hug. :)

I felt the same way. Ray Combs was a very sweet man and was a great game show host. It is a shame what happened to him.

Wrong Feud theme music! This music you listened to in the Game Show temple is from the Dawson 70s-80s era. The Combs theme had the drums in it.
