the one thing i dont like about play on is the loading times of videos. like if u try to watch a 1 min. clip, it takes 2 more mins to actually get the video started. other than that the program is pretty good
Check out thefuzznetwork website.. lot of info there. Also assuming you have a network setup (like a hub or switch and router for internet access) You need to make sure PlayOn is installed on the computer and your xbox is pulling a network address. You can test by making sure it connects to Live. Also check to see if a firewall is on your computer preventing the connection.
Yes it is possible to rewind and fast forward. It's not perfect yet but they are def getting there. Usually the 2x and 4x speeds work fine.. Sometimes if you try to go faster it will just stop playback.
Can you give us some specs on the PC that you are running playon on? Is your xbox running wireless or wired? Can you access divx or other media stored on your PC
I am running a Quad AMD with 3GB of Ram on one machine and a Dual Core Intel on another. Both work great. I always recommend wired when possible. You don't notice latency on wireless when you are just running a browser but when streaming video wired will give you better performance and consistent results. There is a third party plugin for files on your PC. But you might stick with Windows Media player 11 or Tversity for better results with divx. Check out thefuzznetwork for more ideas.

@lanceshizzyy Doesn't sound like you know very much about PS3... I find it way easier to use PlayOn & Hulu on PS3 than on Xbox.
