This is the game that introduced me to pinball in the slotmachine arcade in Ramsey, Isle of Man, in the early 70s. It was 2p a game. As far as I recall, it was about 1500 for a free game. I was incredibly pleased when I finally won a free game based on score (rather than a match with the final 2 digits of my score).
This is a great game, hard as hell to win. Wonderful 60s nostalgia. The gap is definitely a 'feature' of the game, so you had better know the game well and understand where not to hit it so the drain doesn't happen as often.

The gap between the flippers is wide enough to drive a bus through. I don't know what they were thinking!
