If I had the money, I would buy a piece of land immediately! But I would certainly miss my friends, music gigs, parties, culture,.. Communities like this should be able to devellop in your own neighourhood. All over the world people should take back the land where they grew up in and rid themselves fron governments. People need to pick up responsability for their actions and stop being patronised by their rulers...

To start with before co-op membership approval can be given proof of identity and compliance with the 'exclusions list' on the waitangi-west (dot) com website, along with evidence of financial ability to participate is needed. The NZ government will also need certain documents to approve a 'permanent residence visa'.
Maybe we can escape, but I'm not so sure our children can. The world is overpopulated, the fight for the (essential) resources is soon to reach levels never seen before. The amount of money needed to participate in this project is no more (probably a lot less) than would be required by anyone wishing to purchase a house on a 'little' suburban block in the UK and with only debt to offer in return. This offers a 125 acre allotment in paradise as well as a share of another 5,000 acres, as well as a way to recover all outlay plus a lot more in a short time and with an ongoing very significant income. Living costs near Zero.
@plutointer you will never know how strang it was some one sending me this video I posted on a very famous Forum amoung truth seeker just two day before this link was sent to me. my post was wondering if any one was brave enough to set somthing up just like this. and how long it would be before the black pope or some Government would let it last before calling it a cult and moving in a closing it down . it is a dream and with zero energy devices close to comming out it would just be great.

Perhaps there is such a thing as Astral connection and ESP and you have been shown the path that must be taken.
