No it's not. The impact was over 350Gs-- that kind of force would tear ANYTHING apart. Heck, the typical human can't survive more than 4-5Gs, and even that's enough for massive internal injuries.
At the moment of impact, a 200lb man would have temporarily weighed 35 TONS. Since a human's skeleton of course cannot support that weight, just about every bone would've snapped like a toothpick. We could only hope they never felt a thing.
Hard to believe the plane broke up so much.. millions of pieces, that's insane.
