This is what I was looking for! ARRGH PERFECTION! Chinese BM was a dissappointment to me exactly because they just copied the 90's scandinavian BM and sounded like Taake and Emperor. These guys have used imagination in their music and that's why I like this stuff immidietly!
aku tak tau nak kata apa?? totally fuckin brutal! but if you give more blast, it would be more fuckin brutal with your devilish voice!! good job. -fuckin masonic-
aku tak tau nak kata apa? mmg terbaik!! gempak!! awesome! but if you give more blast, it would be more fuckin brutal insane with your devilish voice!! good job..
I really like it, when bands put their own cultural influences in their musical work instead of just copying other stuff. Greatly increases their authenticity and can just be an enrichment for Black Metal. There should be more bands from other cultural areas who not just copy the good ol' early 90's Skandinavian BM but bring in their own cultural heritage. It's highly interesting!
@thanatos8618 I'm an american mutt. I've got russian and german heritage, but it was never a part of my upbringing. Thanksgiving and christmas are the closest things my family has to culture :P
@darkforestzero There are a lot of very interesting native cultures from USA. I don't think you should be an american native to study about it and use its features in music. =p
@thanatos8618 yeah, that's a good idea, but i'm not native american. that would be like me singing about norse gods or something. The heritage just ain't there.
@darkforestzero Like I said...you don't need to be a native american to do that. Although you aren't a native, you can feel proud for the existence of this kind of culture in your country and do that (use some of its culture's features in your music) like an appreciation and/or respect for them. But of course it works a way better when you really are a native. =p
@Melwach xD dude....everytime someone speaks about "cultural heritage" it's about copying (very old) stuff ^^
don't get me wrong here..i like the band and their style...but you cannot say you hate copying styles if you like their cultural influence in their songs ;)
@Cuntexplosion Yes but playing something similar to music from ~20 years ago is not the same copying as making let's say 200 years old melody work with something similar to music from ~20 years ago.
Seriously chaotic stuff! Go, Saudi metal. Awesomeness.
