Do you mean "What chords are for the D key"?

If so, they should be something like these...

Verse: D-A/C#-Bm7-Bm7/A-G-D/F#-D/A-C-­F/G-G

Chorus: D-Bm7-G-G/A-A

End of chorus: Bm7-Bm7/A-G-G/A-A-D

That is another sound recorded separately on a different 'channel'. Certain keyboards/synthesizers can do that. I put it there just to show at which part of the song one is while playing the chords.
