Suffered through the 70's with LeMaster and the Count, thru the 80's with the Thrill and Uribe and Thompson, went to Game 2 in Oakland in 1989 (Reuschel lost to Moore (and Steinbach) and suffered through Game 6 in Anaheim in '02. How COOL was this year!!!

lol, Candlestick drew a lot less fans but at least tixs we're a lot less then and you could always buy them on game day, the Giants fans then we're a lot more into the game and smarter too, I remember going to a friday night Dodger game at the stick back in 1998 and it was fucking freezing that night and my Dodgers lost 6-3 but it was still fun going.

I agree completely. That's one of the reasons I miss the Stick. I've seen some games from the Club Level, and every time me and my buddy cheer vocally there, some dickless yuppie chump gives us a funny look. Every time. At least my friend gets us hooked up with those tickets for free. But whenever we pay to go to the ballpark, we always sit in the bleachers, which is much more affordable AND much more fun. It's a win-win situation. And if the Giants win, it's a win-win-win situation!
