Ok la historia que Luis Munoz Marin Creo ELA fue mandado al Congreso de USA lo editaron y lo aprobaron. Luego el pueblo de PR voto por el asi que USA no impuso nada. En la constitucion de USA dice que es legal admitir un nuevo estado siempre y cuando el se haga de forma ya sea de referendum etc...
