it's not about race hon, i had 2 loved ones (white one and native american one) who were completely innocent and were sent to prison and died in prison even though the victims recanted and there was no evidence against them, and there was exposure of conspiracy to set them up etc etc. this happens to every race. it's the system that's severely messed up.

At the end of the day, the shit was wrong, Our justice system is fucked up, I believe racial and money issues had EVERYTHING to do with this case. Troy Davis was not on the wealthy side and could not afford an attorney that actually gave a damn. I just think the whole thing was fucked up and I can tell you this. A whole lot of people are gonna have hell to pay.

How the hell 7OUT OF 10 PEOPLE RECANTED, You can't find ANY evidence, the dna on the police offer was NOT HIS, you cant find the gun, there's no PROVEN evidence but this man is GUILTY. YET we let CASEY ANTHONY walk for KILLING her daughter. We have all the FUCKING EVEIDENCE in the world against this bitch but she spends 2 years in jail than walks.

Hey i live here in ga not too far from jackson, Ga and it was crazy last night. People crying, fighting, and still protesting. This morning as im taking my son to school people are holding signs in the street to honk for troy davis. I just cant belive that they really went on with it but that let casey anthony go for killling her daughter with PROOF but this man aint have a damn thing. I just can pray for his family and see that we as afriacn americans have to stick together even more

I ask myself what in the world is wrong with these jurors, how are they selected and where in the world do they come from? I know Obama can't save everything and everybody but he could have intervened, this was a matter of life and death. Good video; I heard about this case before now. I just have no words for this; I thought it was some straight up bull. I was also watching Anderson Cooper when it was all announced; I mean so many doubts and recanting I felt like Mr. Davis should have been set free. If it wasnt an officer that was killed the outcome may have been different and I say this because they put more value on an officer's life for some reason. I would be devistated if that was my son but at the same time there is no justice if the person who did the killing is still out walking around to kill again. @MsBluejay20 yes that was the one of the first thoughts i had a few years back...the reason were so sure hes innocent is because there was never a gun found and almost every witness recanted their testomony...and on top of it all no physical evidence was found (as the video states)....had this issue been adressed 20 years ago Tory would still be very much alive...maybe he did do it...maybe he didn't...all that can't change what happened to him now.

it's not about race hon, i had 2 loved ones (white one and native american one) who were completely innocent and were sent to prison and died in prison even though the victims recanted and there was no evidence against them, and there was exposure of conspiracy to set them up etc etc. this happens to every race. it's the system that's severely messed up.
