how did you get thsi to upload? how did you save it to the camera without a disk?

It been replaced by the DZ-HV565E. The only place I can find one now is Laskys,com

when you speak or others speak near the camera does it Break like a crackiling sound ?

Can't say I've tried only used the camera a few times and never used the built in mic for speech.

I received delivery of mine yesterday and have used it today for the first time. The video quality is very good, still pics are OK for people-pics but landscapes are abysmal and you're right about the hiss!

Overall - are you happy with the camcorder?
Yes. The only thing is I would of liked a better mic that didn't pick up a hiss
