Could anyone by any chance explain what this bad ending is? Who killed that guy? And what caused the fall of guardia in 1005 AD? It couldn't be Lavos since he doesn't show up until 1999. Unless maybe they fought Lavos in the Black Omen in the year 1000 AD and lost the battle? I don't know I'm confused. Also Melichor kinda reminds me of King Kai. It's probably the glasses. Also is Magus dead in the good ending? Because Frog turned back to human? I thought Magus was in Chrono Cross.

Does anything else think Lucca must be pissed? She's probably been wanting to hook up with Crono for AGES and then Marle comes in and marries him after a month. Then to top it off, she wasn't even invited to the wedding! She had to hang out with Robo and get into the business of snatching babies.

Personally, I think THAT should have been the bad ending. I bet the King took the Masamune away from Frog. "Uh..that's ours."

Folks, for those who are curious - the child is likely Kid from Chrono Cross: we know in Chrono Cross that Lucca eventually starts up an orphanage that Kid lived at - one that Lynx destroyed. A drawing of Lucca and her name can be seen in the fire. For those who are curious - warning you of MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD -

Kid is something like Schala reincarnated or some such. It's been a long time since I beat CC, so don't quote me - this is mostly my speculation based on what I remember.

Let me clear this up a little. The baby was Crono and Marle's. Somewhere in the beginning of the game, Marle said she would trade her royal name for Lucca's genius in a heartbeat. So Marle left the baby there so Lucca could raise it.

She suppose not be able exist in any time line after she lost in the infinite end time space. However, the amulet from Marlee did bring her back as that amulet actually link every single time line together like a chain of time paradox. But then I think that would get very confusing, so to make this easy to understand, she reborn with a help.

@SolidSnake3521 Crono does talk, but most of his dialogue is just implied through his actions. I mean there are certain parts of the game where you can reply to people and that shows Crono talks. He also clearly talks in one of the endings.
