life is this and nothing more, nothing more is life itself. looking is a thing and looking with doing is another, it is life itself nothing less.We only live to die but what happens in between is important, that is life itself.
Also, if you buy the RockFax climbers' guide to El Chorro, it contains instructions for the approach from the town side. If you don't have climbing or via ferrata experience, *do not do this* - the route is safe with proper equipment and the knowledge to use it, but you do have to do an easy, but very exposed climb up the cliff. Exit is via abseil off the end - you'll need a 60 metre rope.
after four people died in two accidents in 1999 and 2000[1], the local government closed the entrances. To this day it remains illegal to cross. However policing is extremely minimal and many adventurous tourists still find their way onto the walkway to explore it.--Wikipedia
How can I get on that road. I saw many videos on youtube but just on few it is possible to see how to get on the beginning of the pathway. I saw that people are going true bridge and then heading left, there is missing part of the pathway but I saw that is possible to cross it. I want to go there this summer.
@MatkoSniper - you start the walkway from where my 1st fim ends, thats where you begin. It is a one way route now. You go as far as you can and them turn back. OK
@77and I did El Camino Del rey this week. There are security guards to stop you going through the railway tunnels now. There's a Via Ferrrata up to the walkway from under the green bridge which doesn't rely on walking on the railway at all.
@sarahsytubeid Hi Sarah, I was back there just a month ago and walked there twice in my weeks stay and at no time did i encounter guards. I hear they are most likely to be there at weekends and school holidays.
Is it possible to walk the trail anymore? El camino del rey is one of the places I want to go, or rather I have to go before I die! That is something I don't want to miss out.
me and a group of 5 of my friends tried to go there when we were on vacation back in march but after a few accidents they've began to step up the enforcement on keeping people out so we ended up driving all the way from sevilla for nothing

Why did you turn back? Walk a bit down the hill and you can get to another path.

to fercha666: The song is a remix of 'Saltwater' by Chicane. A great song one of my favourites besides 'Silence' from Delirium feat. Sarah McLachlan.
And the trail is awesome too!!!

Fantastico! Perfect choice of music for this type of adventure.
I wish the video was higher quality, but that complaint can be used for the majority of videos on this website.
