Another thing people have to remember, we have seen many players that we can compare to Jordan; Grant Hill, Kobe, Vince Carter etc. But, he have not seen anything comparable to Magic. The Closet is Lebron but, he doesn't have the clutch, or court vision that Magic had.

Man, nobody was ever, is now, or ever will be better than Chick Hearn!! Or Magic!! This 1987 team was the best of the Showtime Era and probably the best team in history. There was never a doubt in my mind that they would win the title. Winning it against the Boston Salt-licks made it even sweeter...I tear up every time I hear Chick, he was such a big part of my life for so long...

There is nobody I enjoyed watching play basketball as much as Magic Johnson. This guy's passing skills were so natural and with a style like absolutely no other. The inimitable Magic Johnson.

The triangle offense is by virtue unselfish. Kobe takes over at times, but Magic used to do the same thing. In fact, he had to learn that sometimes you have to take over, in his early years, he couldn't find the right balance and it cost them playoff and final series.

@kingcam0775 Athleticism in general has increased since then, but a big's willingness to dunk is still dependent on his mentality. Someone as bitchmade as Kwame would've tried to lay it up softly, even though he has no touch.
