this is definitedly one of the better ones in youtube. the solo was loud, balance was quite-ish there. but i think the euphonium has to play out more during the first solo. i didnt really likethe fact that you used a keyboard because it drowns out the sound of the trumpets during "the kracken"

Luckyy (for the bassoon solo!) I was going to have that, bu thte band director asked the Tenor Sax's if they wanted to help me out. And they were like "Yeah, sure!" then i was like" I don't need help!!". But they helped any ways. on the recording all you could year was the bassoon. =) ahaha.

Actually people should understand that scores and especially hans zimmer scores are hard to perform. They're originally made on computers , performed by orchestral samples and also recorded with orchestra. Even hollywood orchestra, which are the best in the world, need to record hans zimmer scores parts by parts to get the best results.

So imagine with a youth or college orchestra...

i think ur over reacting a little...first of all i dont understand why a band would only practice ONE week before playing at a concert, second of all i would b happy to post a video...just wait until my next concert tuesday may 19th, last of all, my first comment (the one i posted a month ago) was absolutely correct...there were only first clarinets playing the hard part in the beginning also, there were many parts where the band wasnt even together...if u dont agree with me im fine with that
