No i'm not a hater I love starsiege but think that If they could have had even an extra month or two and a little bigger budget Starsiege could have been so much more.

This looks so KICKASS! There's a ton of cool looking stuff in there that isn't actually in the game. Too bad it was rushed by sierra and messed up 'cause of it. Otherwise, freaking awesome game. People stil play this by the way!

i loved this game as a kid, unfortunatly they changed so much from ES2 to this. Many of the HERC's were taken out, except the Apoc, which that was redone, and in a sence nerfed. I just got to wonder what happened to the rest of the HERC's and some of the classic ES2 cybrids. Besides that, GREAT game overall.

well you have to remember that both sides had 200+ years to improve their tech.... so the APOC in SS is actually a REEEAAALLY old design lol.

It looks like this was VERY early on in the development cycle. They were probably more focused on making sure the fundamentals of the game worked instead of making it look 'pretty'.

How does this game's story fit with ES2?

It's a fairly long time after ES2. Earth is stable and has been building its defenses, knowing that the Cybrids are still out there somewhere, waiting to come back.

I used to have some (for the time, mind you) high-res shots of the "ES3" Apocs. Interesting skins they had for them ...

I can't seem to find any good sizable screenshots of the game's early days anymore.
