  • HO! YES! POINTE! POINTE! POINTE! DELICIOUS! MIIIAMMM!

  • I can tell, you have nice calf muscles. I know a girl at my studio, just as small or smaller, and has been on pointe for 2 years now. If you really want to know if you ready for pointe, ask your teacher. She knows. She might just be too busy to get around to it. Work on those muscles and ankles! Good luck!

    - pointe

  • Your pointe isn't bad, but you need to bulk up a little bit. Pointe is all about your muscle in your legs, and you probably need more protein in your diet. A healthy diet for someone trying to gain muscle would include a lot of meat (not entirely red meat, mind you) and a lot of ruffage. Good luck :)

  • get WAY STRONGER

  • No, if you eat more, and keep working your feet it you may be ready. It's awful the way it is. Your legs and those monster feet look bad, bad pointe

  • godly!!!

  • if anything ill buy u some food

  • those are some boney legs go eat something what are u poor

  • You are very good, but you shouldnt be asking the public. Ask your master

  • your legs look very strong! In my opinion yes you are definistely strong enough

  • yes you are ready for pointe but you need to try and not use the wall to balance or on pointe you will fall every time.

  • I CUMMED OFF DIS SHIT!!!!!! RAWRRRR!!!! SYKE THATS NASTY YAW PEOPLE LIKE FEET??? REALLY?? THA FUCK????

  • If you dont go completely on your toes, your gonna be suprised when you get your point shoes.(;

  • I'm on pointe....... Believe me, I envy you ;)

  • if you have ballet lessons then your teacher will put you on pointe when you are ready :) p.s i am on pointe and i had about 7 years of training before i went on......

  • How old are you?

  • I know I'm no expert, but being on pointe is also a big decision for your body. Just because you have good technique doesn't mean you are ready. Talk to your parents, teacher, and doctor (about growth plates, etc) because you can't make this decision over night! BUT very beautiful keep it up. :)

  • your feet are beautiful, arches, incredible flexiblity of the ankles however when you tendu brush through the foot make sure you are pushing against the floor you should see your foot in demi befor you pointe you need to work your feet. You have the perfect feet however I think you might want to wait and build more strength because going from demi pointe to en pointe should be easy with the right training

  • this is oviously a kid man, i was super small naturally when i was younger now i have curves to kill! BUT seriouly though cant u tell those are child legs? <3 I agree with some of the comments id give it another year or so maybe 2 :)

  • i think probs in a year or so, if you really work hard and strengthen your ankles and do lots of feet exercises..your dance teacher should tell you anyway if your ready or not :)

  • I'm sorry but I don't think you are ready yet. Maybe another year or so. :)

  • Whoa you're lke my leg twin. This is fricken weird but we have like the exact same legs! Except my feet are a lot smaller.

  • Sorry, but no. I think you should definitely gain more muscle in your legs if possible, and work on your arches as they seem quite weak!

  • NOT YET..

  • Yes you are, you are light and beautiful arches. Don't worry about strength, you'll get it doing the point exercise. Good video!!

  • Your legs are wayyyyyyyyyy to weak. Take some actual classes for a few years. Then maybe. Gain weight and muscle. I've been on point since I was 11. You need some work

  • No, gain some weight and muscle.

  • yep! just make sure you DO NOT go on pointe without the shoes on, I am a's good as that and I'm getting them tommorow

  • no.....

  • no not a enough muscle need better arch ankles need more meat maybe in a year or so its hard to get into pointe plus if u r in anvanced ballet and ur teacher says that ur ready u should get an okay first

  • I think you need a bettre arch for point but you re good

  • umm i dont think your ready yet,(I've had pointe shoes for 2 years and done ballet for 8 yrs) because u need more leg muscle and u need to improve your point just a liiittlle bit more.(:

  • get some meat on those bones...

  • @SellThouSoul why r u soo rude 4. just shut up! if ur not gonna say anything nice be QUIET!!

  • @SellThouSoul you dont understand how patronizing that is to people who are naturally thin.

  • No you need a better arch and you arn't very spot on

  • Your arch isnt ready for pointe

  • I have to start dating someone who does ballet

  • I do think you are ready for pointe, you have great turnout and lovely feet. Just make sure that before you start pointe you do metatarsal and theraband exercises to strengthen your ankles and feet.

  • I don't think you're ready for pointe just yet, keep working on your ankle flexibility!

  • Ask your teacher if you wanna be 100% sure. Don't ask me lol and your feet are beautiful

  • I think the best way to find out if your ready is to go on accutal pointe shoes and see if you are wobbly, unbalanced, not on your box ect.

  • @MegaLittleBallerina ur toes would break if u hadnt hadthe proper training for pointe

  • not quite yet.. but almost keep working! ;)

  • no shens`t you are not prepared to use pointe i`m sorry

  • It doesn't just depend on feet. You need several years of ballet experience. You should know basic techniques and be able to do them in regular ballet shoes. Your feet seem real strong which is a key thing. Talk to your ballet teacher.

  • i dont know but when i got mine i had to beable to go on my tips of my toes without pointe shoues and hold it for 5 secs. and roll through ur foot. but what i think u r.

  • yesss just stretgh through your tundo more and stay on ur big toe more but ur arches are amazingg just tlk 2 ur teacher

  • if your older than 12 totally

  • her arches are fine! i have flat feet and i'm on pointe now, just talk to your teacher

  • @NellandJamie uve been on pointe 3 years and ur only 11? Crap! U could really damage ur feet!

  • Nice arches !

  • you should wait like 1 and a half more years

  • i think u are ready im 11 ive been on pointe for 3 years and i think you are ready :) !! xx

  • Your arches are great. And you keep balanced. Ask you teacher! (: I hope you get to do pointe

  • sure ur ready but ask ur teatcher first

  • sure ur ready but ask ur teatcher fist

  • you need betterarches and stronger feet how many years have you beeen dancing?

  • Your legs are really really skinny....

But uhh..yeah, its up to your teacher

  • It's up to your teacher :)

  • YOU HAVE AMAZING ACHES if i were a teacher i would say yes because you have a 3 quarters relvea and amazing arches since this is just a video i cant tell if you are strong enough but you look strong. Work on your turn out and you will be perfect but NEVER GET POINT SHOES WITHOUT YOU TEACHERS PERMISSION YOU CAN BREAK YOUR ANKELS i also cant see your posture so that can effect it too

  • How meany years havee u been training?

  • i would think so but physical examination is proper before anyone could say :)

  • you should talk to your teacher but you have pretty good arches for someone who hasn't been on pointe yet and you can't tell if your ready just by your foot arch and flexibility you need to have good positioning throughout your entire body or you risk getting seriously injured and never dancing again so again talk to your teacher see if he/she feels you're ready

  • You need to build leg muscles!!! Your legs are so tiny you'll risk more injury to your feet, ankles, knees, shins, etc if you don't have more leg muscles (calves, quads, hammies, etc. After that then you should be ready, it takes a lot of core and leg muscles just to get en pointe and then it takes even longer to gain all the muscles required to excel en pointe.

  • tell your teacher if your ready!!!! do not take ANY chances goingon pointe from these other commentors, you look ready, but trust me tell your teacher!!!!

  • beautiful.

  • It seems like you are just about ready! DO NOT listen to me or anyone else! To me it looks like you are but I'm not your dance teacher so ask her about it(:

  • only your teacher can tell you, trust me i wanted to know too and i had ppl tell me i was ready and i was not ready . im in pointe. And are you sure you want to go on to pointe it really hurts.

  • @mysterygirl10011 it might hurt but its worth it once u see how preety u look on them and how much uve acompished to get en pointe. im in pointe too so, yah.

  • ya u r i take point and i know u r ready

  • gain 20 pounds first

  • you should really wait for your teacher to decide, if she/he thinks so then i would trust them. but it looks like you should be pretty close, your toes are very straight and flat when you point (instead of being scrunched) which will help alot when up on pointe.

if your teacher doesn't mention going on pointe ask.

  • cute feet

  • You have good range of your feet which is a must. And you have good balance and good flexibility in your arches and feet and a good turn out. I would say yes but its up to your teacher :)

  • yes, but ask ur teacher. she sees u and will know. if you are attempting to teach yourself STOP RIGHT NOW. pointe is extremly hard and can pick up bad habits easily that you CANNOT break without a teacher supervising.

it sounds like a pain, but much less that if you injure urself.

  • I do pointe and my feet aren't that good.

  • No one but a retired professional dancer (aka. your madame or misstress) can tell you.

  • You have decent ankles and great turn out with a bit more work I think you'll be ready for pointe

  • wow, u look great, great turnout, and demi-pointe. SO, yes

  • I have been on pointe since i was like 11 I can c that your ankles are semi-strong and you need to find you balence, and you need to not curl ur toes

  • Yeah, Lily, this is awkward but it's mollllllzzzzzz

  • @ballerinagurlie are you two sisters?are you from england? I think I met you on holiday...

  • Thanks, but am I ready for pointe?

  • @ballerinagurlie No you arent strong enough anyone could work really hard like you're doing in the video. first of all pointe doesn't come to first timers I could tell you had a few years of experiance but you need more! Id say in about 2 to 3 years then you'll be ready (I've been on pointe for 4 years) it took me 10 years to finally get on pointe

  • Wow you've got GREAT turnout!
