What software do you use to produce that effect? And does it require a high speed camera? Or did you use a normal camcorder?

@genizaontour I have a high speed camera (Casio EX-FC100) and just run a time stretch effect. I sped up the fast parts to 30 FPS when the camera was shooting at 210 FPS.
