If the label wasn't so queer (or coddling towards non-scientific readers) and actually said "μg" instead of "mcg" I think that would remove some of the confusion. To the lay person who doesn't seem too familiar with the SI units and prefixes, the m in mg and mcg are being interpreted as the same unit prefix. So if those people saw a mu (μ), they would be a lot less likely to associate this with m for milli, in my opinion.

I found some vitamins tonight at my local grocery store..Century and One a Days..(50 and over for men or women)..one of there ingredients is Potassium ioidine..that is what I am going to take twice a day..at night before bed..and one in the morning when i wake..(I bought the century one)..the Pharmasist said just do 2 a day and it will keep the Potassium in my body..it's cheap..but it will work..I'm in Pennyslvaina..so when it gets here..it will weaken in the air!.(hope this helps others)
