They operated like a Bank would in this situation... they had no idea they would be indicted! You think your Bank has 100% funds on hand to give back to you.... I don't think so! It was a risky approach by them to not have more player funds locked up, but hey we wouldn't even be talking about this if the DOJ doesn't get involved.

It states in the terms and conditions of service on Fultilt that ALL players money is kept in a seperate account ensuring the players funds are always available. Just so ya know. Do some research and you won't sound stupid.
