    Dang, Zuz! When I first started I thought there would be no way I could ever come close your your scores.* Thanks to you, just over a year later, I can sometimes beat you (amicably, of course)!! Thank you so much.

    *Did not use weight on Lunges due to bad knees. Also, did not have to explain what I was doing, so just sweated and breathed like a caveman trying to escape a saber-toothed tiger.

    So glad you're back. Please come visit Detroit some time!

  • @MissLidi1017 Your Damn right, "Yay, you!!" The hardest thing for me was to start out, and then stick with it. Keep at it and you will fly like a bird. Whatever your score is, it is never slow. Many people just get home and watch the damn TV until it's bed time. YOU chose to do something healthy and productive. Be proud of yourself. You inspire me, and I'm sure you inspire yourself also.

  • I've been on the rooftop of the ANDAZ Hotel in West Hollywood, and this time of year, it still gets very COLD up there at night. They have a big, stone-based fire pit up there, and partygoers usually gather around it, or around the portable heaters (several of them are near the bar stations, so people buy more drinks.) She has to be chilly, dressed like that.

  • Great workout. My time: 17m, 30s. I only used two 12 lb weights for the single leg squats, which, I substituted with weighted step back lunges, (similar). I did ZWOW #4 on Thursday. I guess it should be Z... WoW!!!... What a workout. Still paying for the one. I had trouble posting my comments on that day however, You Tube wouldn't take it.  Oh well. Keep up the greg work.

  • A newbie here! Just did this and I must say, I'm totally wiped (during the whole workout I was looking forward to the superman push hehe). Time: 23:30, just bodyweight and pushups off the knees.

    However, I think I have done something wrong, as I'm not sure about the split squat jumps. Can anyone tell me what's the difference between these and the split lunges?

  • Still gets a like from me, but I honestly prefer the hiit training - it really took my conditioning to a new level. Cmon guys, encouragement is great but I'm sure she wants our honest feedback and I know I'm not the only one that felt she had cracked the code with the great interval workouts.

  • My time was 16:22 using 20lbs (10lbs in each hand) for the single leg lunge. Was really feeling it at the top of the pyramid (15 reps set). Now to try and beat that time next time :-)

  • Love the new workouts! It would be super helpful (for me at least) if you wouldn't mind putting a quick outline of the workout in the video description (like what you have on the split screen at 2:08) e.g. "Pyramid: sets of 5,10,15,10,5 single leg lunge, alternating pushup/supermans, skaters, split squat jumps" Helpful for when I'm short on time/to have written down to easily come back to and do again another time! Thanks for your awesome efforts!!

  • @TheAldinBasicShow I think they already explained what happened to the level that they want the public to know about. Seems like they (or one person) fell out of love with one another. They felt more like friends than partners. Then Freddy moved back to Canada and the rest is "herstory". I'm glad that it was an amicable split; they were adults about it. And that in and of itself is refreshing because you don't see that too much nowadays.

  • @ahealthnut2 Just like you are correct about them telling the world what they want to share publicly about what happened so are they putting the pretense of an amicable split out there as well. I'm not saying its impossible just unlikely, and because they have become public figures there is no alternative.

  • @TheAldinBasicShow Yeah...I'm pretty sure it was amicable. They didn't need to say those words for me to get that message. Besides it was pretty clear to me after they created a blog post on their site in advance of Freddy's transition back to Canada letting everyone know that changes were coming. If you recall, they began looking for Canadian Bodyrocker hosts during the early transition. Even after Freddy relocated Zuzana was still around to give feed back about the new hosts videos.

  • Hey Z, gotta say I love your workouts so much. However, I'm going to be leaving the group for a while. I recently invested in P90X and will be focusing on that training regimen for my workout needs. I love the direction you went with the videos though, real time is so much better and more motivating than prerecorded cut up workouts like they used to be. Keep up the good work and all you other Bodyrockers try to beat her times and push yourself just enough to not injure yourselves. Good Luck.

  • Too much switching of the angles. My eyes O_O. And sometimes Zuzana's not even in the center...she's off to the side somewhere. Random zooms also hurt. AHHH EYE STRAIN!

  • Missed you so much! I have only been doing your workouts once a week because I on'y follow your workouts >_< so bad. I have to agree with others, all the camera angling and shakiness from trying to move around is so dizzy. I think the camera person just stood still for a bit and switched different cameras once in a while so we can enjoy Zuzana, it would be great and easier on you guys!

  • This is just speculation... But could it be that Zuzana had an opportunity to work with a production company and there was no room for Freddy in her new business venture? Recall a while back they visited LA and were meeting with sports agencies. I love Zuzana for her honesty and hard work. This workout is not as fast paced as her other ones, but still a challenging one.

    Do you like to be called Zuzka or Zuzana? This was a great lower body workout. I completed it in 13 minutes. When I got to the 15 reps, they were tough. It felt great!

    Looking for more workouts. Cardio?! ... maybe.

  • Zuzanna, I am and will always be a fan of yours. You are so sweet and kind. I must say that the camera work to these zwows are a little off-putting. All the jumping around is making me dizzy and annoyed. To be honest, the cheezy music and switching angles every 1/2 second makes your new channel feel cheap and does not do you justice.

  • @timmermanskerijo I get motion sickness when a video has too much movement (like home movies that move too much) and unfortunately, I can't watch the new Zuzka light videos because of it. I just discovered Zuzana and her workouts and I'm disappointed that I won't be able to see the new workouts if they continue to jump around like that. :-(((((
