Yeah. You should probably try asking them, people usually say yes. It is a huge pain to have to do when you are in a creative mood though, so I think it would be pretty cool if you tried doing one using all Creative Commons licensed work. This is exactly what the CC/Share Alike/Remix license was created for :)

In my defence, I do try to stay within the CC limits. You'll notice most of the components are stock images whose only requirement is a link back to the original location of the image.
