that hf amplifier is a beautiful piece of art work....wow id love to operate that box.....mouth watering........soon to be upgrading licence to be able to run legal limit so yeah you can bring that unit to my house anytime....lol frankie KD8OYV
That is a beautiful job! The only thing I might have done differently is to use an oil capacitor for the filter but nonetheless your craftsmanship is rare!
It control the HV vacuum relay and if all are OK it switches on the HV
It checks the interlocks of the units and cuts the power off or the HV depenting of what fault trips the protections
soft start and power on as it controls the mains and soft start contactors so with a small on off switch or from the remote controller it can switched on or off easily (i will use it from a separate room ).
and if I need something more I just programm it no wiring it !!!

hello your amp looks greate. i do some amp building myself but nothing on the level you are doing. auto band switching that is awsome. i would only dream of an amp like the one your building. dont pay no attententionto THERSPANK09 wizard built amps are for one band 11 meters yours r for all the bands except 11 meters

When you freeze frame the video and look at the much higher complexity level of this amp compared to a Wizard amp you might be surprised at the differences. Bandswitching? Do you know what that is? So he can roam all up and down from 1.6 Mhz to 30 Mhz and find the best propagation. When 11meters is dead and you can only annoy local truck drivers with your power, this amp will still be making contacts around the world.

nice but I prefer tetrodes less drive and all ,triodes are fine if you have the drive doing a 4cx5000 65 watts gives you full output .1.5mhz to 30mhz

That amp is still under constraction but it can give more than 6 KW key down at all HF amateur bands through 50Mhz (maybe less power on 50Mhz)
