Hmm .... actually I just put my digital camera on the monitor, and then record.

I think I don't have much blackground noise is because I record it at night ( while the outside is quiet )

Maybe you can try with this way ;)

wow hong kong. I have a few friends in hong kong. True i record using a mic on DAW and then Cubase with effects and mixing. but i get noise since we are not in a recording studio.
