they put so much stress on workers, its mental torture. NEVER NEVER WORK at Sutherland, now wonder they hire all the time because ppl QUIT!

AT&T doesn't really want to recall the oversea jobs because it is more profitable for them to employ oversea workers.

In the USA, if they even have job offers, 90% of the hired ones are Blacks... why?... well, Blacks historically have high turnovers and very poor job performances. Oh well, the reports will say exactly that (but not about the Blacks) ... and hence will justify the oversea jobs to remain there.

First Century Press did an undercover investigation at a main AT&T call center in the U.S. Management tactics in those boiler room hot-houses are extremely abusive and blatantly discriminatory with favoritism/fraud. The report is online at:
