I know, the french do have a rep for shitty military, but the FAMAS is a great rifle. Its called the "clarion" (the bugle) because of its shape and innate reliability. It is very accurate, has a high rate of fire, and the later versions can use M16 type magazines.

You shouldn't judge something because of its background.

who cares bout the french past? they're stupid as fuck.. they built the maginot line only between france and germany, but the germans were smart enuf to go right around the maginot line and the france didnt want the germans to destroy the eiffel tower so they surrendered... plus nowadays USA has a way better military, the french foreign legion is a joke and they sell weapons to many enemies of the US
