When I was a child, I held childish beliefs, I used to speak like a child, think like a child; but that was before I knew of all things Led Zeppelin.
After I listened to Led Zeppelin as a child, some time passed and I went back and heard Led Zeppelin for the first time as a man.
No one fucks with me now and I don't have a tattoo, motorcycle or criminal record. Sometimes I get lazy and forget to recycle a bottle or can, but like I said no one fucks with me.
Not to rub it in your noses. I saw them twice in Germany in 1980, when I was stationed there. 1st was the infamous Nuremburg show when Bonzo simply passed out after about three songs, During "Black Dog" you could see Bonzo was out of itI think. It was general admission and the venue was really small, about 2 or 3000 capacity. I got there early and was front and center. 2nd time was in Munich at the Olympic Arena. Best show I've ever seen! Scaled down, no big lite show. Old tunes. What a blast!
For this band...For this MUSIC...For this POWER, for this ENERGY, for this ALMOST ULTIMATE PLESEAURE, i just have one thing to say (try to understand what I´m saying):
Thanks so much for this posting, and the Trampled Under Foot. I've always wondered how the Led Zeppelin the 80's tour would have sounded...didn't even know this existed. CRAZY GOOD. How about the piano instead of organ? Sounds incredible
