  • My students hate it when I make them do all of these. Only we usually do shoulder rolls instead of summersaults. They love doing rolls just not doing ALL of them, lol.

  • wow this is aweome master woo. Im training for a handstand but you can do them so well. Im going to join tangsoodo soon i think, which is basically the same thing as taekwondo.
