hey guys i found the problem with the wand selection , you MUST CHECK the "Sample All Layers" box above when you select the wand it worked for me :D

I can't figure out this Magic Wand thing when you select the separate eraser selections, and drag and drop it. It just selects the whole letter. I am new at this haha.

Make sure Anti-Alias, Contiguous, and Sample All Layers is checked, and put the Tolerance to like, 3-15 and you should be fine. I had the same problem too. =)

@metal4eva208 impact is another good font to use. and as soon as you get done typing the name try to rasterize it without hitting the check mark.
