I get all that money by selling every attachment I get. With the broken dagger glitch, all attachments in the game are useless.

word of advice to everyone. save before you attempt the glitch at all. it can freeze your game when you're attempting to get the broken dagger attachment.

Umm dude, just place it on an weapon, and wait if the weapon is worth 1 $ then enter a dungeon and complete 3 floors, then is shud be worth 16000 dollars.

did u build the shop before putting pike in the villege? cuz if u build shop before u put in pike the shop keep hurts his back putting up the sign and he wont have as much stock,but if u put pike in then the shop pike puts the sign up so the shop keep has all the stock he should have

that'd be cause you completed gaffer buggy before completing Pike's house. When you've done Pike's house first he will place gaffer sign for him and save gaffer breaking his back. On any games that he HAS broken his back in there will be less items in his store

Try resetting the game, then immediately try to sell it. That sometimes works for me, and yes, this is the American version.

@pokemonfan4000 I figured it out the same way you get the broken dagger by going to the menu and exiting but instead of getting it, you just sell it i've done it at Ruty's Store and it was worth 10,000 something, anyway thanks for the help.

The amount the broken dagger sells for is completely random, sometimes it sells for that much and sometimes it only sells for around 1 gilda.

If you open your weapon in the dungeon before upgrading with the broken dagger equiped it also freezes the game. Such an un-user-friendly cheat!

oh and also, every1 sez to be in attachments and use the ice....but it works a LOT better for me in the inventory menu, scrolled ALL THE WAY down and then u ues the gold bullion instead. ALSO...u can do that in matataki village if u move the gold to the far left side of the shop inventory.

Chronicle sword you get from upgrading swors but Chronicle2 you get from beating the demon shaft dungeon

I don't think the broken dagger item is really a glitch so much as it is a debugging item. Though I am surprised by how easily accessible it is.

I started a new file and did this, because I didn't wanna mess up my good ones, and I went to quick sell it and it froze.. AND I DIDN'T SAVE. Pissed me off lol.. learned my lesson :)

These daggers own tho.. I had 2 7th Heavens and a Chronicle sword when I fought Dran XD!!

PS: Yes I said 7th Heaven, and no you do not need the serpent sword to get one. I was just fooling around and I found that multiple weapons evolve into it - ex: crysknife
