I'm an adult, and I don't think Miley is a tramp. Her dad should NEVER, EVER have let her date a 20-year-old guy, but that's not her fault. When you're young, you just think 'wow, an older guy likes me.' But each year when you're a teenager is like 2 years when you're older. You just get so much more mature. 15 and 20 is creepy; 20 and 25 wouldn't be.
