I cannot believe the comments here! Anyone who know this song and Celine, should comprehend that this performance is 100% live. The most obvious give away is that she is singing in a lower key, which she usually does in performances. She also uses different vibratos and holds notes longer than in the original recording. If you don't like Celine, then fine. That is your choice. Just don't create lies and decieve people and say that she is lip-synching. You are only making a fool of yourself!

In my opinion this is one of her hardest song if not the hardest. I love this performance but we can see she dind't practice this song very much because she forgot few times about controlling her breathe. The part "nothing erases this feeling between me and youuuuuuu" is very hard because before belt there are few words which she sang on one breathe. And here she was out of breathe in this part. Also, she could go higher in second insiiiiide and take proper breathe before second IDAniiiiiiiight.

Yeah, it was lipped to a track recorded in 2002 or 2003. This is the only FULL LENGTH live performance. There was the one minute Oprah live performance and the 2 1/2 minute Today show 2007 live performance... Oh, and then the first verse live performance on tour when her playback failed and she was forced to sing live. :/

Her vocals are really strong here. This is the only full live performance of this song in the usual live key. The 2007 Today show performance was lower. This one sounds very much like the playback she lips to usually because this was just a few months after she recorded it before vegas.

In that one, the only two belts she didn't do is no one moves me the way like youuuuuuuuuuu (or something like that), and the second I drove all niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. She did the first and last insiiiiiide, but the last was in a lower key. And she did one 10 second niiiiiiiiiiight belt. I think she could do it high today if she really wanted to, but she doesn't want to damage her voice. And on here, it's different for sure, lol...but still amazing!

Yes, but sadly this is the only time she has performed the song 100% live in the full version. That was only about a minute...and even though the other Today show version was only 2:30 minutes, I still consider it a live of this song just because the main difference was she cut out the chorus and only did it once instead of twice, and then cut out the bridge, which isn't to important. This song has 5 belting points in it, here she did all five, Oprah she did 1, other today show she did 3.

It's definitely within her abilities but I think it's because there is probably 5-6 times in the song where she has to belt it out including 1 or 2 high belts. The only song that confuses me on why she lip sings is IACBTMN and My Heart Will Go On. IACBTMN would make sense if it were the 7 minute version, but it's not...and My Heart Will Go On is FAR from her hardest song.

Singers don't choose to perform live, not because they CAN'T, but because its too tiring. It's one thing to perform one song and another to try to sing for an hour and a half every night for months while on tour. And even on those TV shows, often the equipment isn't good enough to produce good sound so its better if they lipsync. It also allows more 'acting', in terms of jumping around on stage. If you notice, this performance is a lot less 'physically' demanding (excluding the singing bit)
