  • My favorite Christmas Eve story. Thanks Spadecaller.

  • I remember the first time I veiwed and listened to this... and the homeless guy i'd spoken with just before.

    It remains a joy.

  • bearutful...thank you for sharing

  • Marvelous... I enjoyed this so much; it embodies the real spirit of Christmas.

  • A beautiful message. I like to think he walks with us all.

    Thank you,

    DiDi

  • However long it took you to create this ... it was worth every second.

  • Many thanks for this true meaning of Christmas, Spadecaller! I turned on computer this morning specifically to return to, and review your marvelous Dalai Lama post: wanted to savor it, and found this! Yet again, deeply moved! Thank you!

  • This is enthralling. Beautifully narrated & illustrated, it's a true classic. As a child reading the New Testament, the first thing that struck me was that some people didn't recognize Jesus! First Note To Self: "Evidently the long life ahead can become complex & confusing; don't ever lose your CLARITY, temporally or spiritually! Keep it all straight, so that you never become so lost that you wouldn't know the Truth if it was standing in front of you. Keep yourself!" End of Note To Self.

  • Bravo - excellent response!

  • It made me think of how many people that would actually let Jesus into their home if he came knocking.. I would like to think that i would, i do invite strangers into my home, but how do we know whether we would or not. I just hope i would.

  • Brother, you have created a thing of wonder and beauty.

This is one of those little classic bits of Christmas Magic

that happen every generation or so.

In fact, I dare say this is bigger than you,

if you don't mind my saying so.

    You've touched the Divine.

    And the lady at 6:15?

    I know her so well.

I've met her from Vienna to Vancouver.

    Well done, sir.

  • Very moving and full of truths. The true measure of the essence of the "Christmas Spirit" is how we live our lives throughout the year. Thank you for sharing your gifts insight and creativity with us, not just at Xmas, but all year long.

  • Wow! What a great story and video. Thanks for this one, Spadecaller. Merry Christmas.

  • Thank you spadecaller.
