  • training to be a wrestler, and my finisher is based on this move in a way. i put the wrestler in a double arm DDT position, i lift them up, flip them, and drop them down in a position that's perfect for a normal pin. I think scott steiner did something similar to it before.

  • @SimonKSK Look up the Steiner Screwdriver.

  • @SimonKSK Seems like your move is a bit of a Gutwrench Butterfly Suplex. I remember Bryan Danielson using it, including the pinning variation you mentioned.

Good luck in your training. Hope you'd consider a career in ROH, or tours through NJPW or NOAH.

  • Anyone going to try make this on wwe 12?

  • A testimony that Naomichi Marufuji is arguably the very best of NOAH's awesome junior heavyweight division. This move shocked the hell out of me. One of the very best tributes to Misawa from the only Jr Heavyweight to have been GHC Heavyweight Champion.

I really hope to see Marufuji in an ROH match against a guy I consider to be an American mirror to him, a man who is also equally innovative with his awesome submission knowledge: The wrestling encyclopedia Alex Shelley.

  • Damn! I want to make this move on my wrestling game. Such an innovative and brutal move.

  • i love this move

  • nice move..

  • Marafuji is bad as fuck! He's my nukka!

  • This is the best Tiger Flowsion i've ever seen.

  • Misawa is smiling when Marufuji delivers that move

  • めちゃくちゃカッコイイな・・・・

  • very nice, awesome flow

  • i still mark out whenever i see this

  • Tiger Driver with Emerald Flowsion. Two of best moves of Misawa.

Thanks Marufuji for innovate, and thanks Suicidal Dragon for upload.

R.I.P: Mitsuharu Misawa, the most sacrificate wrestler.

    Fuck comercial WWE,long life Puroresu.

  • @NoahFan

No, he did something similar from a standing position. SD knows what i'm talking about.

  • The Standing Reverse Shiranui?

  • @TheSuicidalDragon

So Dragon, is this move officially part of his arsenal (I think saying arsenal makes sense lol) or is was that just a 1 time thing?

  • He's used it a few times now, so I would assume it's definitely a long term move.

  • @TheSuicidalDragon yeah, but is it his official MDK now, or is his MDK the Pole Shift?

  • Perfect Channel refered to this move as "one of his main finishers". That's not correct, is it?

  • It is now....

  • Even though it looks kinda weird, this is a great way of paying homage to Misawa, combining his two most deadly finishers!!

  • Everybody thing he will use a Tiger Driver ('91) but then! He innovated a new beautiful move.Awesome, just awesome!

  • This got him that IWGP Jr. Title! I find it kind of ironic that he finished Tiger Mask with it too :P

  • Its cool how everybody thought he was going to do Tiger Driver and he gave them something 10x better.

  • Whoaly Shit. It's was actually INVERTED. Nice.

  • It was SICK. And to the guy with the arm position comment. I know at least Joe does his version of the EF like Marufuji did here.

  • Naomichi Marufuji vs Tiger Mask will be epic, the winner will be Japans top junior in my book

  • 改めて思うけどすごいよね(^-^)/この技

  • From what i can see I think it's still in a developmental stage, in time i think the moves will be exactly what Marufuji wants it to be.

  • was marufuji trained by misawa

  • In part, yes. Marufuji was trained at the All Japan dojo, and was likely instructed by Misawa at some point.

  • Marufuji's right arm went over the head of Aoki. It was indeed a variation of the Emerald Flowsion.

  • yeah, cause the ghetto stomp is a GREAT move.

  • Hell yea it is, Low Ki does is beautifally.

  • Wow, really? This move is tight as shit.

  • The Misawa Archtype.

  • .....................:o

  • Nice.

  • wow i would never have thought of doing that

  • i dont understand either

  • Very nice execution. If only WWE and TNA would let their wrestlers show what they can really do, they could pull off moves lke this and be much more entertaining.

  • @hitmanricks highly unlikely

  • preaching to the choir, it irratates me what is happening to TNA as it becomes more main stream, no more canadian destoyer and hiring old guys like hogan, yes there talented but move out the way and let the new guys get some exposure

  • What match or dvd is this on I would buy just for this!!! Ive been telling people about Marufuji and while they are stuck on WWE and TNA mode this should be tha move to win them over to watching stuff outside tha big "2"

  • Winter Navigation 2009

  • He's so creative, he can copy his own moves and make them new by combining it with other moves...very creative.

  • Amazing move. I need to watch this match

  • ty for this SD. unique in desgin.

  • That's what I can call a Tribute to the Master. Marufuji showed how to make something new from old bunch of parts. Love the move.

  • @criminalcottrell I highly doubt that. Who have you seen perform that move besides Marufuji?

  • damn that marufuji, stealing moves from himself...

  • nice move

  • Beautiful move, looks awesome. What would be the technical name for that one??

  • Double Underhook Emerald Flowsion

  • Watched this a hundred times.

  • Tiger Mask I and Misawa would be proud of that move

  • Best move ever. Ever.

  • That was awfully weird-looking.

  • Beautiful move!

  • fuck me, LOVE that move.

  • wowzer.. thats a beautiful move

  • That's Scary

  • Looked good....

  • Now that's innovative.

  • That was so cool. Look like something from Smackdown vs Raw 2010

  • And teh Emerald Legend Lives on. Thats so cool. I dont know if theri is any other moves that combine such good finishers.

  • Beautiful move...

  • Holy Sh*t nice move

  • Niiiiiiiiiiice!

  • Jesus, that is a monster finisher!

  • That was fucking incredible...

  • I just had a mind fuck! LOL... Nice move, now we'll be seeing this move from every indy wrestler lol... Hope they don't botch it...

  • very nce

  • And Marufuji continues the Flowsion legend. Misawa would be grateful...

  • that is one hell of a move! damn

  • Wait, did he make his return? Dammit, I gotta keep up on this shit.

  • Impressive

  • Absolut Crazy Move.

  • I MARKED OUT!!!!!!

  • what the hell was that?? It was fucking awesome!

  • WTF? (that's all I'm gonna say lol)

  • That is spectacular.

  • Sweet. Haven't see anything on Atsushi Aoki, is he any good? Is this match (the whole thing is up on youtube) a great match or is this the only interesting spot?

  • hes a submission specialist. very good to watch in action. check him out vs kenta in tag matches and such.

  • I prefer singles m,atches,. can't get much into tag team, I'll watch this match instead

  • haha, he had some against kenta as well. but the tag match was great. if you like the singles match later, the tag match is one to watch.

  • That makes me miss and appreciarte Misawa even more... very proud of marifuji

  • this guy is a genius. How many moves did he created,in his career?.

  • This, the Shiranui, and the Pole Shift.

  • also Australian Suplex and Perfect Cradle?

  • And that crazy Inverted C4 Flippy thing he did?

  • @HiGhHoLymE

    you mean ths Shiranui Kai.

  • Those are the only interesting spots in the match?

  • @FUCKULUKEFITZGERALD no, go out of your way to catch this match. It was GREAT!

  • I've seen it, i was responding to someone else.

  • Holy wow.

If he could've thrown in an Elbow somewhere, he'd have condensed the signatures of Misawa into one brutal package.

  • Misawa would be proud that Marufuji created a new Frosion/Flowsion variation.

  • holy shit that was beautiful

  • A dangerous move, and yet he pulled it off flawlessly.

    Well done Marufuji

  • Brilliant!

  • I bet Misawa is smiling down on Naomichi from heaven right now.

  • Awesome attack.

  • holy damn

  • What would be the medical name for that? A butterfly side suplex maybe?

  • Double Underhook Emerald Flowsion

  • kwl move

  • Did you know: Tiger Flowsion rhymes with Wonder Showzen?

So great to see Marufuji back, and once again, in new pants.

  • good observations

  • As a fan of ol' black/red pants, I don't feel that white/gold pants deserved their push at all. I blame backstage politics.

  • HOLY DAMN

  • Did misawa train him?

  • In some way, shape, or form, I believe. He trained at the All Japan dojo, and was eventually named as the successor to Misawa in Pro Wrestling NOAH.

  • That was just great..

  • nice vid man but why do you always stop the video before the three count ?

  • Because the match isn't all that old, so I don't want to spoil the match for some people.

  • okay makes sense. Thanks for sharing

  • Yep, it bothes me too, but whatever, great video Dragon as usual...

  • Even though it's a match readily available, some people like to wait until the DVD release, thus I don't want to spoil the match for those who may want to do that.

  • I get it now...Thx 4 your amazing work again..

  • Not a problem.
