The voice is older but this is one of the most purely beautiful songs Paul has written since Revolver. I think if he had the pure and clear voice of a 24 year old then this song would stand up favorably next to Here, There and Everywhere or (though a downer when it comes to subject matter) For No One. The song insinuates itself into your head - a hallmark of Paul's songs at their best.

The more I listen to this it sounds more and more like Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. I do like it though. And The Inchworm Song on the album was one of my favourites as a child. Have even bought Danny Kaye's DVD after listening to it. Melancholy Mania. These are the only two songs I like on the new album. Sorry Paul.
