Yes the tape is loaded backwards. THe new roll goes on the front, then thread following the arrows bringing it to the back spindle where the used collects. THis will solve the problem.
I think you have it loaded backwards, I think the new roll goes on the front spool and the used spool goes in the back. I will check mine and let you know.
I think your roll of unused tape should sit flat in the ATG gun. I have the red gun but I don't have that problem. Sorry I'm not more help. Thanks for sharing. OMG You guys get such good bargains in the US. Here in oz one paper pack can range from $8- $30.00. And that is just for a small designer pack like my minds eye. I really love to see all your stuff from hauls, because not only is everything so expensive, we just do not get any of the stuff you guys have access to. tfs

open it and make sure your tape is pushed all the down on both spools!!! I had the same problem!!! Nice haul!! TFS
