I personally would have replaced the car with Shy Guy. Strings would be much better than synth organ, especially when the latter is so very loud...

The Shy Guys is much too soft to compete with the rest of the sounds.  It would be drowned out.

I've had to replace shy guys with cars quite a few times, for this reason.

This is before I knew about volume controls, so I would have done it with 4x the tempo and lowered the cars had I known about it.
