Michael sucks. As a female, I think Eric handled things very diplomatically, and I applaud him for reacting when the women told him that they were uncomfortable. I just got out of an abusive relationship, and all of the guys that I told acted like total pansies and wouldn't step in. I wish there would have been an Eric there for me.

That said, Ivette's comments toward Kaysar...she's nuts.

Michael was making some of the girls feel uncomfortable but they should have talked to him directly. He's a guy, he didn't know he was going too far. They should have gone to him themselves instead of going to Eric. All the gossiping behind peoples backs is what caused this whole mess. If everyone had just said stuff directly to the person in concerned, then this whole thing wouldn't have happened! Eric, Ivette, and April should have been evicted.
