Why did Karl need an ear piece? It was clear that Ricky and Stephen could hear without it, and it made Karl look odd with the delay and having to hold it in place. Didn't make sense!

I love the setup. Ricky is a genius man. Ricky and Steve are wearing all dark colors and Karl is wearing normal clothes that pops out but isn't abnormal. The body language of Karl makes you want to hear what he has to say more than the others. Really great setup. It helps that Steve and Ricky know exactly how to compliment Karl's deadpan. It's great. It really is.
