Yeah, with the past the Japanese have had with torture and killing people, it is surprising they didn't get shot.
But after the pirates of the Caribbean movies who hasn't thought about being a pirate.
But they aren't terrorists, if they were they would be shot next time they were seen, and they wouldn't be allowed to enter countries or board planes.

The way the Whaling laws are written now each country is allowed to set it's own quota of whales they want to kill each year for research. Japan is just hidding behind the loop hole in the law to do it whiling while being with in the law. If it's shipps keep getting attack you can beat you will see war ships. Sea Shepherd has a bad name as TERRORIST.
In 1986, after sinking of the Iceland whaling vessels, Sea Shepherd lost its status as observer at the IWC.
In 1994, IWC declared to Norwegian Agency that the IWC and all its member nations ardently condemn Sea Shepherd's acts as TERRORISM.
This time the 2 terrorists damaged the propeller of the Japanese vessel and threw acid liquid before illegally boarding.
The terrorism cannot be admitted at any circumstances.
