I agree he should have made the camera man be more careful but that doesn't mean it's his fault it got destroyed. The builder, through taking all the preventative measures he could is indirectly responsible for the towers destruction. The Interviewer, by committing the act of knocking the tower over, is directly responsible for its destruction and therefore bears the majority of the blame.

The "interviewer" was actually acting NMU president Mike Roy.
