The photos in this video were not photoshopped to all you skeptics out there. I am a fellow facial plastic surgeon in NYC, and I can tell you that those results are achievable with the proper patient selection and technique. the black dude is photoshpped,the difference in skintone is obvious and that sort of size change in an entire nose is physically impossible.Im a med student and have researched rhino for around 10 yrs having had 4 myself.The surgeon has totally discredited himself by allowing such dishonesty

@billysue2 You need to emphasize that all pictures are real and not photoshoped and in fact the patient is shown in a video postoperatively on dr rizk's site and attests to this dramatic change in his nose achievable onlay with large multiple medpor implants for major projection and major nostril reduction. Patient's tip was also rebuilt significantly with customized medpor implants. Dr. Rizk expects this type of criticism and has shown this patient in a live untouched video. Please see video.

dramatic or subtle depends on what you start with. some of my noses are very subtle and some are dramatic.
