Hp on 0,8 bar is 105hp and 98 tq 7000rpm. On 1,1 bar i dont have dyno but i think it is around 120-125 hp and that is on 98 okt fuel wihtout intercooler!! The bike is ground tuned ,, bigger camchaft and ported head so it deliver around 70-75hp wihtout turbo !! 0,8 bar on standard camchaft give around 85hp

Nice bike man :) sadly there are sp few of these newer 650's for sale in finland... i really would like to get myself one of these.. i've heard these are pretty good if you like to ride much but you dont want to adjust valves and stuff every like 10 hours that you have to do with a "race" bike.

The reving is the killer! If i dont rev like a maniac i think you can get 5000-10000 km on 100hk.

And you must have the falicone conectingrod kit! The oem beem big rollerbearing is the veak link.

I Blow 3 motors on 7000km under expriment time. But then i have 1,2 bar boost ca 125 hk many times

yes 8250v... And yes it sounds like 4000v,,,,,,But it is 8250. when you turbocharge engines the sounds more low reving (unstressed so to speak) I drive 215kmt in this gearing so it must be 8000v

The Rev Limiter works when the motor reaches 8250 RPMs? The motor sounds like its only in the 4000-5000 range?

well that is what i going to find out..It is not any problems in all turbo egine config to get 200% more power.. So i have 80bhp in the egine to begin whit! ,,and 1 bar only!! will give me in best case 135-150 bhp on e85. It is no problems to boost it 2 bar!! But 1,5 bar i hope will give 170bhp?? The only thing going to blow upp is the conectingrod,,, but now i have carrillo,, I"think" it safe to 130bhp

That logic is true, But I don't know about single cylinder motors...

And ethonal is GOOD stuff. That will deff help in your quest for more power...

Your not going to get 170bhp unless your runnning like 30 pounds of boost from a LARGE turbo... But by then I would assume your engine would nade itself...

I now it sounds much..This xr i have 80bhp whihout turbo!! I have ported it myself and drop in tornado vers 2,, 13,5-1 comp-f 44mm lectrone and home made exhoust,,kn filter in the open space,, i does 200kmt in thet mod!!

Now every turboman nows that 1kg of boost on a engin does doubble the power.. Thats means in this case 160 bhp normaly! But this is i a 1 smoker so i count lower..130-145bhp on 1kg Boost no problems.. In the first turboset i have 105 on 0,78kg!!!!

The turbo is right under the right sidepanel and the plenium is in airbox place.. just now i dont have the turbo on the bike, I rebulding the motor now to take 170rwp!! Replace the conrod whit slidebering and carrillo rod,, taken from bmw 650 funduro! Hope it vill hold togehter???????

On the video i only boost it 0,8bar and that give me 100bhp!! on 1,1 bar 130bhp! I have drive it on dyno. No less then Pg Lundmark have drive it and wrigt in swedish mc magasin whiht dyno prof!!
