Corporations can relocate to other countries, and threatening to do so forces up the tax advantages for them and not ordinary people. The corollary would be people making the same threat, which, because they aren't endowed with the pan national properties of corporations, is not realistic.

well, I used to be supersuckerd by the "tax breaks for cooperations" because they use it in a way to explain the "American Dream" and small business.. the Republican leaders all run their shows on the farmer, and the local bakery.
