  • This ish is CRAZZZZZY. I did a leg day that went like this after I watched this vid:

    1. Squat To Box Jump- (start seated on a surface lower than parallel stand then jump up onto a box 18" or higher for reps)

    2. Donkey Kongs

    3. Pulsing weighted lunges(stationary lunge holding weight)

    4. Hamstring curls in Crab walk stance- get in crab walk stance, contract hamstrings & glutes and slide feet on towel in and out for reps.

    5. Cossack squats for time - 1 min non stop 30 sec rest.

    TRY IT!

  • It's fun to watch but for someone like me having had two knee surgeries I'll just stay a spectator, dang it.
