I do experience the very high frequency tones, and that's mostly when vibrations are moving through my crown chakra, or if I really need to be paying attention to what I was just doing prior to the tones. The pranic energies create the tones. When my chakras were completely out of whack, the tones were 24/7, and I was close to breaking down. I couldn't focus on anything. It was like my left brain shut down completely. I haven't experienced the void yet. I did have a spontaneous OBE in 2010.
Yes! It started with my feet. I had suffered through a bad forklift injury to my left foot in 2003. I feel a lot of energy work being done on it at night now. For the first two months, the vibrations were mostly in my root and sacral chakras. The vibrations and heat were so intense. I experienced the kriyas in November and December of 2010. That scared me, because I knew I wasn't moving my body. I had constant anxiety attacks, terror, some nightmares. When my crown chakra vibrates, my ears ring.

A few other symtoms, yes its as if I suddenly go tone deaf on one side. And just lately the most bizarre of all it's as if my spirit is being thrashed around in my body like violently being jerked to one side but when I awake I have not moved at all. The spirit told me to learn the shofar a ancient mystical trump and I have had some amazeing experiences that no one woul believe and I don't want to sound any maore crazey than I already do so I shall keep that info to my self.
Symtoms that I have, high pitched noise in my head vibrations from head to foot , seeing blue orbs and hearing voices speaking higher principles, seeing white flashes in the corner of my vision. Going to the spirit world and visiting with my deceist sisters and father. Sleep is sooo good I don't want to wake up. When I think of spirtual things the vibrations go off the chart!! Especially lately. I asked my dead sister what she was doing she said getting ready for the ressurection!!
i have had the experience of one side going deaf and the high pitch sound on the other, i think a couple of times. as i'm writing this i'm receiving that it is an upgrade. ??? what that really means i don't know. a raising of your fequency? some kind of clearing, to enable more consciosness, a new pathway, thats what i sense as i feel into it.

Have you been combining locks and mudras with pranayam? These are quite effective in awakening kundalini. Kevela Kumbak pranayam, was also a positive factor. Greatest gains were made by breath fasting. I combined this with jalandhara bandha to discover the nadi network and eventually store enough prana in the heart to loosen that knot. Khechari (no cutting) w/shambhavi were added and this resulted loosening of Rudra granthi in atlas and clearing Bramanadi. Bliss ensued; light/sound & nectar.
Beautiful! Roughly 8-10 years ago when all this first began -(albeit unbeknownst to me at the time) -bandhas became spontaneous with the breathing during times of early morning meditation. Always mudras arise. Samavritti ultimately showed me the doorway into kumbhaka. Savasana. Tratak on the sun.
casey, since the last 6 months, my meditation has been alot improvement. i feel like my pineal (center) and pituitary (forehead) gland are activiating stronger and stronger each day . the itchings on the back, top and fore head getting more intense as releasing the toxics out of my head. i can feel my pineal gland are releasing DMT over my brain, a weird sensation . and electric are charging on the grown chakra . i feel more blissful as universal light entering my body through my head ...
Okay, Duy, and what about the other aspect of the question? -the getting turned off on one side.. Does the whole thing happen, or is it just the tones you are getting??

Do you use any techniques to raise kundalini? Or is it spontaneous?

It can happen both ways. I wasn't doing anything to deliberately raise kundalini, but much of the content of my life could be seen as indicators of it. My impression (young as it may be at this time) is that it happens when it is one's time for it..
