It might be a future dlc. I remember that one of the gates in the nercenary camp was also locked. But it unlocked after you downloaded the understone pack.

its from one of the cutscenes at the beggining of the game. its the door that you are looking through the keyhole of when your with the girl, with logan and sir walter on the other side. one of the other 'secret' doors is actualy the other side of that door. ultimately, it whould just take you back to the main room. thumbs up so peeps can see

I'm pretty sure that door just leads back into the library. If you wander around the castle instead of going directly to Hold Court before the final boss battle, you can get up close to the locked door in the library and hear the chearing crowd on the other side.

I think its just a door or maybe 4 DLC yet to be released i found something like this in Reavers mansion there is a bookcase in one of the hallways that has a crack in it u can see through and if u look up u can see outside. lol
