@DiogoAlmeida95 Didn't I reply to you? I'm sorry, I must have missed it somehow. Yes, this is a good right hand exercise, almost akin to Master of Puppets and Disposable Heroes. You can try hammeron/pulloff the faster parts of Dave's solo.

Parts of this are wrong. Watch the video "Devil's Island (Live In Essen 1988)" to compare. For instance, at 1:48, that rhythm is wrong. It never has a slide *up*. It's always from the 3rd fret to the slide down from 4th to 3rd on the E string. Search for the Abyss Lord's tab of it to see. It's accurate to what Dave does live.

Practice one hour every day, about 330 days a year, and split that hour into 40-50 minutes practicing (and learning songs) and 10-15 minutes playing songs. When you encounter hard passages in the song, practice with a metronome. Basically, just learn songs until you see what you need to practice on.

@th1rtyf0ur About 5 years 1h/day. I believe I could've done them, albeit a bit sloppy, around 2007 (see "Megadeth - Wake Up Dead (cover) (old)"). You should just practice shredding around on the super pentatonic, just go three notes per string up and down, using a metronome, and if it's hard you can always use legato. Basically all Mustaine's solos are built around the E super pentatonic scale.
