Going to a Bible believing, preaching church is very important every week. Also we are not to forsake the gathering of the brethren. We need to pray and fellowship with our Christian brothers and sisters.

I have asked in a thousand different ways for the christian god to transform me and to flow through me. I'm tired of asking and I'm tired of trying. I don't know how much of my "transformation" is suppose to come from him and how much is it suppose to come from me. I just want to be a kid again. Riding my bike and just feeling free.

You are a double talker. You said in this video it is not what you do but who you know. Yet the comment you posted was all about what a person does. (like not willfully sin). You need to trust in the finished work of the cross as your full payment for sin and stop trusting in yourself. Titus 3:5.

@Gracesaves7772 I was speaking of ITS NOT WHAT YOU DO as in, we are not saved by works. The bible says our deeds are as filthy rags, we are saved by grace. THOSE who love the LORD will automatically WANT to SERVE Him with their whole heart and will submit ALL to him, and they will be planting seeds (telling people about JESUS) and they will produce much fruit.. showing CHANGE in their lives to a TRUE conversion. We are to die to ourselves DAILY, to pick up our crosses.

@Jacki79 You are so right. It is not 'doing' in our own strength. It is 'being' what God intended us to be before we were even born. In 'being' we carry out God's will, which becomes the desire of our hearts, in his strength, more easily. So, it is by knowing God. He puts the desire to study, pray and praise in our hearts. God grows us so we don't stand still. There are things to overcome but in His strength we achieve things we would never have dreamt of on our own. Become a living sacrifice.

These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the son of God that you may know that you have (present tense) eternal life. Thank you for this great video!! it really has helped me out alot.!! i have just recently tried to really get to know chirst. i have always been sort of a christan since always, but i never really read the bible, like i beleive that god exsisted but he wasn't queit real, you know what i mean. i have been reading the bible peice by peice and praying every night. i want to work on the realitonship and ask him in prayer to help me with that. i would say more but i'm out of characters lol

@Jacki79 Yes, so true. i also like how you said to read john, john is also one of my favrotes, and it's auctly the story i'm in the middle of right now! so far i have read Genisis, Matthew, Revelations, and over half way done with john now, it think after john ima go back to the old testament and read a couple stories and then go back to the gospels. Its so hard to explain, but you will know.. the spirit will confirm that you are hearing from our Lord. He's unmistakable. Pray to him, keep talking... everyday.. even if he doesnt talk to you right away, hes testing mans hearts... those who seek him DILIGENTLY will hear from Him... then you will start to hear from him more and more..and he will become your best friend. HE IS AMAZING!!

@frenchyo7 I was speaking hypothetically, I wasn't actually telling people to build an altar. Did you finish the video? My alter is where ever I am. I personally spend a lot of time praying in my bedroom at night. But im praying all day, talking to the Lord constantly. :) We dont earn our salvation or our way to heaven. Its about relationship with Jesus..seeking him with our whole heart, following him, obeying his word and growing in the Lord, thats the point in this video. God bless
